What a weekend of football for the club! The Cholms 1st XI delivered a thrilling 4–2 victory over Brentwood, playing with real confidence and intensity from the first whistle. Oli Light (NG 2018) was unstoppable as he struck twice, while George Pugh (TL 2018) and Tom Menezes each added brilliant goals to cap off a fantastic team performance.
The Cholms 2nd XI faced a tougher challenge, falling 6–2 to Aldenham despite moments of real fight and creativity. There’s plenty of spirit in the squad, and they’ll be hungry to bounce back quickly.
All eyes now turn to this Saturday, when the Cholms 1’s take on Johnians at Christ College Finchley with a 12pm kick‑off. It promises to be another exciting match!
